How It Works

We start with a consultation determining your landscaping needs as well as the features and potential of your property. When this is done, we will present design options that address your needs. Once a specific design is chosen, an estimate will be given and, if approved, a contract will drawn up and signed, and the project will be installed. The order of the process is as follows:

• Consultation: On-site evaluation and needs assessment
• Personalized design and layout (A fee will be charged if only the design is desired)
• Written proposal of scope and cost
• Signed contract
• 10% 1st payment to begin work
• 40% payment when materials have been delivered to site
• 50% final payment
• Maintenance proposal (if ongoing maintenance is desired)
• Maintenance contract (including monthly payment agreement)
